To log in, enter the email address and password you use in the app.

Registration for the following week’s classes starts every Sunday at 7:00 PM.

CLASS REGISTRATION

At the top of the schedule on the website, click the „Register” button. You can log in using the email address and password you registered with in the app.

You can only register for a class if you have an active pass or a single-use ticket valid for that specific day.

CANCELLATION

Classes can be cancelled until 12:00 PM on the day of the class, and for morning classes, no later than 8:00 PM the night before.

To cancel, log in to the platform and click the “Cancel” button next to the class.

If you don’t show up for a booked class and fail to cancel it in time, the system will automatically charge a 2500 HUF penalty to your profile.

The classes for the following week become available every Sunday at 7:00 PM.

No, with a pass you can only attend one class per day.

You can attend the classes (cross, bodyart, yoga, box) with a CANDYLAND pass, which costs 22,500 HUF.

You can also join group classes with a single-session ticket, which costs 4,500 HUF. 

Reformer Pilates can be attended with either a single-session or a 4-session group pass.

You can purchase a pass or a single-session ticket through the Gpass app or in person at CANDY (located across from Candyland).

Attention: When purchasing a single-use ticket, make sure it is valid for the day of the group class you wish to attend.

No, you can only attend the classes with a CANDYLAND pass.

If the class is full, click on the waitlist to be notified immediately if a spot becomes available.

Currently, there are no classes exclusively in English, but all of our trainers speak English well, so international participants feel comfortable during the sessions.

Mistakes can happen—though very rarely—even on our end. If this happens, please email us at hello@budapestgym.com, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.

To avoid any inconvenience, please note that reception staff and other team members are unable to assist with cancellations after the fact—even in cases like “I forgot to cancel” or “my bus was late.” Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
