Group Workout in GYM

Cancellation policy: classes can be cancelled until 12 am on the day of the training. For morning classes, the cancellation deadline is 8 pm the day before. Due to the increased “unnecessary booking”, we would like to inform you that if you register for the class but do not show up, the system will automatically add a penalty of 1000 HUF to your profile.

WHAT KIND OF CLASSES DO WE HAVE?

There are only very good classes. You can’t choose a bad one, but I’ll give you a few details to help you know exactly what each class is about.

The classes called “cross” are cross-training. Cross training is a class where you use a variety of equipment, including your own body. Don’t be intimidated, you don’t need to pull up at the first class. During the session we use TRX, cardio machines, dumbbells, pulley machine, rubber band, jumpbox, kettlebell. There is a number next to the cross, this tells you how many minutes the class is. E.g. Cross 45, means 45 minutes of exercise. I know, very creative. How do each cross class differ? Just that they are taught by different trainers with different styles. It’s worth trying several classes to find the best one for you. Most people are in the classes starting at 18 and 19, and they are usually always full.

The “boxing” class is a group boxing and strength training session with coach Dani. Can beginners come? Of course, in fact! Think of the class as starting with a strengthening block, followed by a circuit-style of different exercises. Girls love these workouts too. Relax, you don’t have to hit each other, just the bag. If you can, bring your own gloves, but it’s not mandatory.

The “onlygirls” classes are specifically for girls. Sorry boys, you can’t attend these. These classes may only focus on your bum and abs, but you may also get a super full body workout with girls only.

ALL ABOUT REGISTRATION

Must I register for the classes?
You must register for the class before the start of the class. You can do this yourself via your phone or ask the girls at reception for help. But this does not mean that you have to pre-register. Example: it is not important to register on a Sunday for a Wednesday class, only if you are afraid you will not be able to get a place. But on Wednesday, when the class starts, you have to register.

When can I pre-register for a class?
The following weekly lessons are usually posted on Saturdays.

How do you sign in to a class if you HAVE a QR code?
If you already have your QR code, you can register by entering your QR code and your email address. It’s simple. If you have successfully registered for a class, you will receive a confirmation email.

How do you sign in to a class if you do NOT have a QR code? No problem. Come and train with us and we’ll register you at the reception desk for the first time. Just be aware that classes starting at 6pm and 7pm are often full. After the first session you will have a QR code and can pre-register from home.

How do you sign in if you come to us with an AYCM card? With AYCM XL card you can only attend classes organised at the GYM (Ráday street). At 4% Fitness CANDY, there is no AYCM membership available at the moment.

Want to cancel a class?
You can do this in two ways. You can either log back into the interface and click on the cancel button, or you can click on “cancel” in the email you received when you pre-registered for the class. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Don’t forget: afternoon classes can be cancelled until 12 am on the day of your cancellation, morning classes until 8pm the previous day.

How much does the training cost?
1 session: 2 500 HUF 4 sessions: 9 000 HUF MAX pass: 16 500 HUF (Student and Normal passes are only available for group lessons with a differential ticket)

What kind of pass can I use?
With the MAX pass, you can join the GYM 2 times every day for 30 days from the day of purchase, but you can join 1 group class per day. If you wish to attend more classes, you must purchase a differential ticket. With the MAX pass you can also use the sauna area and the 0-24 GARDEN.

How to pay?
You can pay on the spot with the SIMPLEPAY app or cash. No bank terminal. Online payment will be available soon.

Where are the group lessons?
Group classes are only available at 4% Fitness GYM (Ráday street), there are no classes at 4% Fitness Corner (Paulay Ede street). The GYM has classes in section 0, directly opposite the reception.

1) Az órákon csak MAX bérlettel, napi jeggyel vagy 4 alkalmas bérlettel lehet részt venni.
2) Előregisztrálni minden, már QR kóddal rendelkező vendég tud.
3) Az órákra, részvétel esetén, az óra kezdetéig kötelező bejelentkezni.
4) A MAX bérlettel naponta csak 1 órára lehet jelentkezni. További órára különbözeti jegy vásárlásával lehetséges.
5) A délutáni órákat adott napon 12.00-ig lehet lemondani.
6) Az esti órákat előző nap 20.00-ig lehet lemondani.
7) Amennyiben az órát nem mondtad le időben, és nem jelensz meg, a bérletedből levonódik egy alkalom vagy 1000 Ft-os jegyet számíthatunk fel neked büntetésként.
