Actually, the feature works – but you haven’t registered in the app yet. You’re trying to request a password reminder for an email address (typically used in the 4% studios) or a new one, without having completed the registration.

Solution:
When you first download the app, you must register and set a new password. Make sure to use the same email address you previously used at the 4% studios – this is how the app links your new account with your existing profile.

This can happen if you purchased your pass through the CANDY system using a different email address than the one you used in the app. In this case, a new profile was created, and the two systems cannot link your data.

Solution:
Please contact the reception at CANDY and ask them to update your email address in their system to match the one you use in the app.

• You can only enter the Candyland room with a Candyland pass, and even then, only up to 2 times. Other 4% passes are not valid, not even on weekends.
• Hold your QR code about 10 cm from the scanner for it to read properly.
• If you have a „group class 1 session” ticket , the gate opens 30 minutes before the class starts.
• You may have an outstanding balance on your profile (e.g., for missing a booked class). Please settle this in the app to gain access.
