300 Years of History
You know the story about the the bears🐻🐻?
4% GYM is more than just an building — it’s a witness to centuries. A 300-year-old building still stands.
In the 1700s, this exact spot marked Pest’s southern gate. It was the edge of the city, a crossing point — and home to a historic pub called “Két Medvéhez” (To the Two Bears).
The pub burned. Was rebuilt. Changed owners. Changed faces. But the bears stayed.
Look closely — on the gate to the left of the gym entrance, the two bears still guard their post.
The world around it changed.
Wars came and went — but this building survived it all, even the bombs of World War II.
This is 4% GYM.
